Court manufacturing

Your court.
Your colours.

Choose your steel and turf colours, then scroll to watch your court come together.

01 Steel

Galvanised first.
Painted second.

Box section steel, hot dip galvanised so the zinc bonds into the metal, then powder coated in the colour you chose.

  • 8 × 20 cm upper beams
  • 8 × 8 cm support columns
  • Stainless fasteners
02 Glass

Nothing in
the corner.

Tempered safety glass meets glass, so the ball comes off the corner true and the view from outside is unbroken.

  • 12 mm tempered glass
  • 18 panels per court
  • Sealed joints
03 Light

Built into
the frame.

The curved light arms are part of the steel, so the court reads as one object, not a cage with poles around it.

  • 8 × 200 W LED
  • IP65 weather rated
  • 70% below halogen cost
04 Turf

The bounce is
in the fibre.

Padel turf rolled out in your colour, lined, filled with silica sand, then the net goes up.

  • 12 mm curly fibre
  • 3.5 t silica sand
  • 10 × 20 m court

Questions

Before you ask.

How long from agreement to a playable court?

4 to 6 weeks, manufacturing and installation included, once the concrete slab is ready.

Who installs the court?

Our own crews install every court in Egypt. For projects abroad we can send a supervisor to lead your local team.

Do you deliver outside Egypt?

Yes. We have built courts in Kenya and pack courts for export. We arrange the freight to your site.

How do the payments work?

70% on agreement, 20% when manufacturing is complete, and 10% at handover.

What does the warranty cover?

One year from handover on everything except the glass: steel, paint, turf, lights, net and fittings.

What maintenance does a court need?

Regular brushing, spreading the sand evenly, cleaning the glass and checking the joints and bolts. We train your staff at handover and offer maintenance plans.

What floor does the court need?

A level reinforced concrete slab. Outdoors it gets a slight slope so rain runs off, or porous concrete where the water has nowhere to go. We advise the right one after the site visit.

How thick should the foundation be?

The frame is anchored to a reinforced ground beam around the court, usually 30 × 30 cm or more, and the playing slab is 12 to 15 cm of reinforced concrete. We confirm the design for your site.

Which colours can I choose?

Six turf colours and four standard steel colours, shown in the colour bar at the top of this page. Any common RAL Classic steel shade is available on request.

Can the court go indoors or on a roof?

Yes, all our courts work indoors and outdoors. On a roof we first check the structure can carry the court.

Can you run the court after it is built?

Yes. We already run ten clubs. We can take over bookings, staff, academy and tournaments, and send you a report every month.
